Review summary

I got a lot of rest and relaxation. I would not sail this ship again unless they dry dock it and fix a lot of the problems. Areas were closed off a lot of the time because they were working on the ship while we were cruising.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was smooth sailing, we were on the ship the same time as relatives who had Fttf.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The main dining room was touch and go as far as the servers go. 2 out of 7 nights we had exceptional service.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The serenity deck for adults only was nice. .

Entertainment

4 out of 5
It was a repeat affair all 7 nights. Comedy show was funny. The Latin dance show was very entertaining.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
I felt like the staff was tired. They just didn’t look happy. Well not until the last night. That’s when I saw a lot of smiling faces. Overworked and underpaid was the feeling I got. Almost like they were irritated.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Our room Stewart did an awesome job of keeping our room together.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin air was not working they worked on it all week. We had a fan though. The ship in general was warm.
