My first cruise ever, overall l had a great time. Not sure l be going again anytime soon. But l will encourage all my friends and family to put it on their bucket list.

Comedy shows were great, entertainment was awesome, a great partying experience. But when l returned to cabin it was still extremely loud as though l was still at the party, overall though l l9ved it. But the cabin was awful.

The waiters and room stewards were great. But the guest service and excursion personnel are proven to be liars and deceivers. We suffered in our cabin with either extremely cold, or extremely hot they couldn't repair the problem. We we told we would be refunded 75.00 DIVIDED between the two of us for that. This was a deplorable slapjack and totally ridiculous and has yet to be received. Also I couldn't do the excursion due to nerve damage and fibromyalgia triggered by the deplorable conditions of the cabin, so they claimed to have refunded the amount to Marilyn Strong account, since she booked it, so she gave me my money back, only to get home to find she didn't get the refund. When the woman said to me the refunded the full amount.

Extremely uncomfortable due to non working thermostat. The last night l did request a fan. Kept clean, we're not nasty people. But our steward was excellent worker.
Ship tip
Install more electrical outlets. Keep your word, say what you do and do what you say, stop charging for crab legs.
Didn't like how the passengers were all over the place with their Luggage in walkways, on the stairs. This definitely needs to be improved. Should not allow options with luggage. Everyone should put luggage by door by 11pm. Then call floor by floor for disembark. As you clear floors workers can begin cleaning cabins.
