Review summary

Great cruise Enjoy the cruise service is great I’m bored enjoyed it very much wanting I didn’t like was disembarking in New Orleans the computer was left behind I filled out the necessary paperwork it’s already going in three weeks and still not have not heard anything back except for emails in the last email I got was after three days the ticket is discarded and I’m out of computer it was left behind not lost I gave the exact location of the computer in my room just poor communication on their behalf

Had a balcony suit This ship needs exterior work , rust , paint needed and a light dangling from wire Seem to a issue with restroom over flowing I wasn’t impressed by exterior

Very comfortable for 2/ everything was kept well cleaned by our steward Paso was his name great person

Ok my only complaint is on disembarking in New Orleans , chaos we waited 2 hours by elevators,Also they only give out luggage tags and only a certain amount I figured it was only so they can get you to carry your own luggage ..Also I left behind a Apple Mac book , I didn’t loose it but left behind I know exactly where it was I called promptly Monday 2 days later and spoke to guest services filled out a form with the help of CS person . I’m still waiting on them they have sent email but after 30 days they close ticket .. you call and can’t speak to anyone .. well now I’m needing to buy a new laptop .. but keep in mind I left it didn’t loose it I’ve gave details were exactly the location in room.. No one calls back very poor I’m so disappointed with this method .. it was a nice trip but carnival should really look into this system because it’s not good
