There’s plenty of activities in specific areas for kids, and they’r split into age categories, and very organized! Our granddaughters loved it! Of, course, they’ve been brought up to be polite and respectful, which, unfortunately, is NOT always the case! Your best bet is to stay in the serenity area

The only category that got 5 stars was disembarkation. You had a terrible time it appears.

I no longer think it is solely during spring break.

NEVER cruise during Spring Break or any other school vacation! Sadly, many parents allow their children to run loose on the ship like free range chickens who meet other little chickens and cause disruptions and/or messes (food fights, making a mess out of the ice cream machines, jumping in and out of hot tubs, invading the adult only areas of the ship, running up and down hallways, the list goes on and on) It’s not up to the staff to police them. I’ve seen a few instances where they’ve tried and the kids either ignore them or get mouthy and disrespectful. I refuse to let it ruin my vacation though and I do bite my tongue A LOT! I’m all for kids having fun and enjoying their trip so long as they follow the rules and are courteous of fellow passengers. If they can’t do these things, they should be left at home or at the very least, monitored by parents that will actually monitor and correct their kid’s behavior, not just issue threats that are never acted upon or worse, ignore it all together.

Sadly, many children happens when cruising during Spring Break. We have stopped cruising between mid-March and mid-April for that reason.
