By far the best experience we have had embarking and disembarking. Thank you!

Review summary

My husband and I went on this cruise I normally have to pressure him to go on cruises. This cruise seemed different than the rest getting on the boat and getting off the boat was so simple I don’t understand why our other experiences have always been so bad. The staff was cheerful and the food was good though often times cold. I would highly recommend this Cruise.

As always staff was exemplary! Our cabin steward, Passa, was cheerful and knew our names! Even though we had the anytime dining Elder treated us as though we had been there every night.

Cabin / Stateroom

We were very cold and had to get someone to come twice to get the heater working. They seemed to think that we were to stupid to know that red means heat and blue means cold. It blew cold for the first 6 hours of our trip. But we really liked he size and won’t go back to anything smaller!

We agree that once you have a balcony it is hard to go to anything less. My favorite it a suite because of the two sinks; but the budget says only on very special occasions. Glad you had a good cruise.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write! I wonder what made the embark / disembark process so much easier? Was it the process itself or did the passengers do what was being asked - what do you think made the difference? I'm going on Glory in September (REAAAALLLY looking forward to it) and I hate always dread disembarkation day.
