Honestly, I would advise looking into a different ship. We sailed the Carnival Fantasy earlier this year and it was amazing. I would not do the Glory again. Our cruise was 7 days and by day 3 we were more than ready to go home.

Food and Dining
1 out of 5
The food in the dining room and buffet was not good. The best place to eat was by far the Blue Iguana....but they are only open a few hours a day. Most of the food tasted like cafeteria food. I usually gain weight on a cruise, but my husband and I both lost weight on this one.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment

The comedians and the cast that does the stage shows were awesome!
Children's Programs
I do not know how the children's programs were, but it was crazy to me that they put the playground for the kids club right outside the serenity lounge....it's not very easy to relax next to a playground!
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Room stewards and waiters were awesome.....other staff not so much....I watched one of the employees give the people in front of me a very long lecture about tearing their bingo card. The people were not arguing and kept saying they understood and were sorry. They were not arguing at all, but she wouldn't drop it. They were upset when she walked away about being lectured.
Ship Quality

ship was clean, but seemed very dated. There were several leaks that we seen including one outside our door.
Cabin / Stateroom

I shower flooded and the air conditioning did not work well at all. We went to customer service and stood in line FOREVER and told them. They said they would send someone to fix it. The shower did get fixed....the air did not. Went down the next day and stood in line FOREVER again to ask about the air and to see if we could get a fan, because our room was hot. They said they would send someone up and get us a fan.....Never got the air fixed or a fan! The people we were traveling with kept hearing a loud noise in their cabin, the went to customer service and were told they were not sure what it was. The next day they went again and were told that a case would be opened to investigate. Nothing was done. Finally the second to last night they found the room steward when the noise started and he informed them it was coming from the Galley and if it bothered them they could let customer service know and they could be moved....they had already been to customer service multiple times and no offer to move them was ever given.

Maybe cruise more to have some comparison. I’m going on Glory for the 3rd time and she is my favorite ship. I have also cruised Princess and I prefer Glory.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience but, when I went on the Glory I had a wonderful experience. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the Buffet at night. The food from the dining room was good though so there was no need to eat dinner from the buffet.
