Review summary

I have only cruised with Carnival and have always been pleased.  We actually cruised on this exact ship last year, with Eric as the cruise director.  He does an outstanding job and makes it fun for everyone.  We had a few issues with room service not showing up and had some minor issues with hot water, toilets not flushing etc.  But everything worked out and we really did have a great time.  the staff in the Platinum dining room was outstanding :)

We were very disappointed in one of the excursions we booked - the dolphin one in Grand Cayman. The tour itself was great, but to purchase the pictures was horrendous.  We weren't allowed to take our own cameras, which is understandable but to charge $35 for every person in each picture, was absolutely ridiculous.  Our group picture had 7 of us in it so the cost of that one picture was $245- of course we did not buy it, nor did we buy any other pictures due to the $35 cost per picture/per person

I love Eric. I was on the Glory last week and he's hilarious. Best cruise director on any cruise I've been on.

Did you report any of your issues to the actual company ?

Wow! I'll be sure to go to Discovery Cove in Orlando instead if we let the kids swim with the dolphins.
