Review summary
We took this cruise to be with friends who love to cruise the Carnival. Our preference is RCCL. We enjoyed our time with our friends. As far as the cruise, it was about what we expected. There was no variety of entertainment. All the music including the shows were loud loud loud. We looked fwd to one of the shows but had to leave before the second song. The other show we left before the first song ended. The music, not the vocals, was so loud it hurt our ears. We were looking fwd to dancing..well, the only music was loud and the jump jump type. Just no variety. Disappointed. Our room was noisy as there was water running through the walls every night and we did ask them to fix the air conditioner fan because it made noise. Bed very comfortable. Food was as expected but not disappointing. Enjoyed the Guy Burgers and Pizza, I guess we are use to BIG ships so it wasn't totally the Glory's fault. For the first time in our cruising we were bored by Wednesday. So, we did relax and enjoyed the view. Weather was very bad part of the cruise at no fault of anyone. So, we enjoyed watching the rain...not seasickness that one of us suffered as did many others. This ship needs to be updated. It's old and the décor shows it. I heard many comments about this. My advice...do a much bigger ship.

Ship tip
Lido deck was very loud but we found a quieter place to eat. My suggestion....redo the ship. It is so old looking and so retro. Not a good visual impression.
