Review summary

This was a great cruise, especially because I didnt have to fly to get to NY. The length was good, not to short, not to long. The weather could not have been better, only 2 1/2 hours of rain for the eight days. The only port that didnt impress us was St Johns. Would have liked to have gone to Bar Harbor as one of the ports. The lunches and dinners were great but the breakfasts were horrible. No breakfast menu change for eight mornings gets old. The entertainment was superior! We were traveling with two good friends which made it all that more enjoyable. Other than a few crew members that didnt speak very good english the staff was great. Matt our cruise director was the hardest working guy on the ship, very funny and personable. I would cruise Carnival again......

Ship tip

Go to the omelette station first, shorter lines. Buy the soda card if your a soda drinker! Drinks were stronger if you bought from the bars instead of the guys that come around.
