Review summary
There were too few on-board shows and they filled up early which caused many passengers to be turned away. The Buffet closed too early in the afternoon which meant that people returning from shore excursions could not get a late lunch. There was no signage directing passengers to the excursion debarcations and for the most part, these did not go smoothly (too much confusion). The audio directions were broadcast from the passageways rather than the in-room speakers. this made them difficult to hear and understand unless you came out of your room. They were also too long (crew members doing these need to keep in mind "KEEP IT SIMPLE"). There was too much smoke in the casino. We were on a Princess Cruise to the Eastern Caribbean a few years ago and it had better entertainment, better food and was better organized. Since our cruise left from the port of Miami it would have made more sense for our cruise arranged flights to be to and from Miami rather than Ft. Lauderdale.Ship experiences

Ship tip
Great if you like Latino themes and a party atmosphere. Not so good if you are part of the older generation (over 50).
