Review summary

Everything was wonderful on board. The ship was kept very clean and the staff and crew went out of their way to ensure that we always had what we needed. The shows and acts were well done and entertaining! Something for everyone!

The variety and quality of the food was excellent! I enjoyed eating in the dining room in the evening. The wait staff were phenemonal. A great big thanks to our head waiter, Juan Martin!

Entertainment

Great variety of entertainment. The times were perfect. We were able to see just about everything we wanted.

Service and Staff

Every single staff member we encountered were friendly, helpful and courteous. Would like to recognize I Komang who always came and spoke to us no matter how busy he was; Dirk, the bartender in the Casino who has such a great sense of humor and CandyLee, the sales associate in the gift shop. They made us feel like family.

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our belongings. Our steward, Hernando, was exceptional. He helped us locate our luggage that was missing and kept our room immaculate. If he saw us returning to our room he let us in. He made us feel safe and cared for. Carnival is lucky to have this wonderful man as an employee!

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

Cons: The rain!!

Recommends Carnival Glory? Yes!
