Review summary

We were disappointed and unable to enjoy comedy shows and amenities. We were unable to rest due to air conditioning not functioning properly in cabin.

Unable to enjoy pools and jacuzzi. They were full to capacity. One jacuzzi was closes throughout the cruise and other full to capacity.

Unfortunately, the comedy club was full to capacity throughout. They didn't a accept reservations, so unable to enjoy.

It was clean. However, the air conditioning in my room did not work, so they provided me with a fan. The air conditioner was not repaired during my cruise. It was not comfortable.

The air conditioner did not work throughout the cruise. We were provided with a fan which was uncomfortable, did not rest well in cabin.

Ship tip

They need to update and repair ship. As well as, create a reservation system where all the passengers can enjoy the shows and amenities.

Unable to use my $50 resort and $50 excursion voucher as there wasn't any availability Therefore, we had to go on our own.

The port was beautiful. Due to no availability for excursions or resort for a day. We remained at Port Margaritaville and enjoyed the pool.

I just downloaded this shipmates application for my Carnival. However, I have been on 8 Royal Caribbean cruises in the past which were great memories and wonderful experiences. I do enjoy cruising. I am looking forward to our next cruise in November on MSC Meraviglia.

Sorry you didn’t have an enjoyable cruise. Without AC it is hard to rest well and without rest things are not as fun. Thank you for giving your cabin number so others can be aware of the AC problem that you had. As cruising continues to gain popularity and demand leads to full capacity cruises the old saying “The early bird gets the worm” rings true again. A reservation system idea for some activities is an interesting thought but that would require more staff at a time when they seem to be trying to catch up and it doesn’t seem to hurt the rising popularity and demand for cruising. I hope your next cruise is more enjoyable for you. Thank you for sharing your review. 😎🚢☀️🩴🏝🪸🐠🌺

Thanks for the review. Cruising while schools are in session will be a better experience. I’m not sure why you did not arrive earlier to the comedy shows if you were unable to get in the first night. You need to arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to showtimes when the ships are sailing at capacity.
