Review summary

There was a respiratory infection going around the ship and the cruise line made no acknowledgment of this with warnings or mask availability. Did not see any extra cleaning to compensate for sickness.

The worse organization ever. Was ask to be out of room my 8:30. Was not called disembark till after 12:00 customs was a nightmare. Not enough Customs agents for a cruise ship this size.

We were on the same cruise and we had a blast! The crew were wonderful and the food was always delicious. We were in the Casino often and didn't smell smoke. We were always seeing cleaning going on and I don't know of anyone who got sick on the cruise. One lady admitted that she was exposed to the flu before she boarded and her and her husband got it and I imagine others who were around them. That wasn't Carnival's fault.

I was on the same cruise and had a great time. I had no problems with any of the things you did. The entertainment was great! Food was amazing and debarkation was smooth.
