I really liked this cruise just disappointed in a few things above. But I would definitely go back on this ship & these same ports.

I love my Kansas City Chiefs and they showed the game. It made it even better because there was other fans on board so watching the game was like watching it at home.

We relaxed in the hottubs on the serenity deck almost every night. I dont like super hot hottubs so it was perfect temperature for me.

Always fixed any of our problems. Wish they had more people there to get the line moving a little faster. Did have someone tell us one thing & went back the next day and denied saying it.

Hottubs weren't super hot which I loved. Got in them almost every night.

We went on this ship before & had a blast. I still had a blast this time but the piano bar was horrible (we had Ben our first time so our expectations were high). We loved the comedy club they were hilarious (18+).

We took my little cousin who is 13 (circle c) & she had a blast at kids club. She met new friends & they always had something for them to do. The people working the kids club were also amazing!

We parked at Discount Cruise Parking and had free shuttle. Once we arrived at the port it was very organized & everyone was so friendly.

Very clean & nice. I was a little disappointed because I thought we were porting at downtown & we didnt. We ported at Puerta Maya. This port was cheap.
