I loved this cruise. The ship overall is great. I loved the deck 3 due to we can sit out there and relax. We can see the Pier runners from this deck. There was no shortage of activities. Loved the food and entertainment.

The food in the main dining room was ok. I am a picky eater and I did find plenty of food to eat on board. The main dining room service was very slow. The waiters were slow to bring food and drink. The buffet was good with a variety of options on the lido deck. The one thing was there was no bar b que sauce for the bar b que chicken on the lido buffet for one of the dinner. When asked, was told did not have any. I like the 24 hour pizza. The barbque was great but did not like that it was upstairs. 24 hour ice cream was great. The popcorn for the movies could use some butter. The drinks for the whole cruise was great. No complaints.

loved this. The fries were more burned(overcooked) a lot. The staff was not very good at special orders. I am a picky eater and have a problem when i want something not on the menu.

the service was slow. i do not like the way there is always a dancing show and singing. This slowed down our dinner. We never got out of there before 1.5 hours. The restaurant was great and pleasing to the eye.

I loved the dancing shows. wished there were more sitting areas for listening to music. The comedy shows were so great. loved them all. we played put put golf. We did not use the pools or hot tubs. did not use the fitness center. There were a lot of activities.

The shows were great. The DJ could have more variety in music. All the performers were great. TJ was a great cruise director. he was very personable and never went by a person without saying hi. Olivia the comedy club was great. Always personable and always had a smile. The fun squad was very good. Extreme on the fun squad and the adult game show was great. TJ could have slowed down his speech to make himself more heard We had hard time hearing him and understanding him on the loud speaker.

Great idea. There needs to be more seating if possible. The popcorn needs butter. Would be nice if there were more adult centered movies at night.

The waiter Naufai hadi in the comedy club bar, augusta waiter in the comedy club, nata blue iguana cantina. They were all great and made our trip much better. They knew our names and even made a point to stop to talk to us at a variety of times.

I did not like the barbque up on upper deck but it was easy to get to and get through the line. The whole ship was kept clean and well maintained except the ships windows on lido deck and other areas. We like to sit and watch out of the windows and they were very dirty. It looked like they had not been cleaned in quite a while.
Cabin / Stateroom

The comfort was great. the bed kept trying to separate and it would have been nice to have something to keep this from happening. We really did not see our cabin steward. We received ice when we asked. Our room was clean and tidy every day.
The announcements for this was hard to hear and TJ needs to slow his speech down. There were not crew members at the elevators to control the crowd trying to get down to get out.
