Sounds like cruising is not for you ! We just finished our 70th cruise on carnival , yes ! 70th. And once and a while there is a minor problem , but if you report it to the right person it usually will be fixed . The ports you were speaking about are beautiful ports , you also went on a small ship , that has small pools . And the buffets lately are better than the dinning rooms .

I cant help but notice the only port you liked was the one you did the excursion on. Cruise ports will usually be packed with multiple ships visiting. Try some excursions on the others if you go again that can make the difference. :-)

Wow, sorry you had such a bad cruise. The ship can’t be blamed for rough seas. If food was bad, you can ask your server for something else. They will make anything for you if they have the ingredients. If you go another cruise, research and research even more. Cozumel is a very safe and beautiful place . You should have gone on an excursion to explore it’s beauty.

Don’t did the ship cause u got sick... I’ve been cruising for the last 10 yrs never had any problems. Been on 5 or 6 different ships and never had a complaint.... It’s what u make it....

Don't give up cruising on your first try. I was not impressed with the roadblock design of the Carnival Freedom, always had to go up or down a deck to navigate around the ship. I have been happy with Royal Caribbean, give the Navigator of the Seas a try, been on it twice and it is a great ship and easy to find your way around.

Seems like cruising is probably not for you since you did not seem to enjoy much of anything. A little research about the ports and what to expect on the ship before you arrived would have allowed you to have a better time.

Energetic getaway

Amazing time aboard the Freedom

This was my first time on a cruise with my sister and brother-in-law. We were on Carnival Freedom for September 22-29, 2019. I really did had a great time and adventurous also experience new things. I would love to do this again sometime with my family.
