Review summary

Overall is was a wonderful experience. We learned things to avoid and things to do differently for the next cruise. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed many activities on the boat. The only thing that we really did not like was the fact that it was not really all inclusive. We spent almost as much on the extras as we spent on the actual booking.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
A little tedious for our first time experience. Now that we know what to do, it will be better in the future.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining room was wonderful! Guy's Burger Joint was surprisingly good. The buffets need a little help. Don't get me wrong, they were good, but seemed a bit repetitious--not much variety.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pool, hot tub, fitness center, spa were all great!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows, musicians, and DJs were awesome! Such talented performers!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff were the best! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Layout and design were great. Very clean and modern in the common areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable, clean, and the size was surprising. We were pleasantly surprised.

Ship tip

Make sure you seek out something new each day. We seemed to get caught up in returning to the same thing every day and missed out on some great shows.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas Did not visit port

We visit Galveston quite often being from Texas, so we did not make extra time to visit this time.

Key West, Florida

We went shopping here and enjoyed it. We did not do an excursion.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

3 out of 5
We did an all inclusive excursion to the beach. The food was not worth it, but the beach was nice.

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
The actual port was scary. There were too many people bombarding you trying to get you to buy things, BUT the excursion to the beach was AWESOME! We took a glass bottom boat to the private beach. The ride was beautiful and the beach was even more gorgeous! We enjoyed snorkeling and relaxing.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Wonderful disembarkation. We were on the 1st deck so we were the first to get off of the ship. It was an easy and relatively short process.
