Review summary

Didnt get the room we paid a lot of money for and instead of giving me my money back they are giving me a credit because they cant give money back. So now i have to go on another cruise and spend a bunch of money again to get the money back for the first one i went on when they should just give me my money back. Its bs and i wont ever sail with them again. If i had wanted a balacony room i stead of a suite i would have gotten it at half the price.

Something does not sound right about this. How did you not receive the room you booked??

How did you not get the room you paid for? Didn't you pick it out when you booked? I never heard of not getting a room that was purchased. If it was their fault, then you are entitled to a refund. Did you call customer relations when you got home? They certainly do issue cash refunds.
