Review summary

Sailing on Carnival Freedom for our first cruise could not have been better. Sooo many activities and great service are the reasons we will be back.

It was as expected with large crowds, but very well organized.

Guys burgers were excellent and speedy. Steakhouse and main dining room very good. Morning buffet also good.

Enjoyed one of the stage shows and one of the comedians.

We took the opportunity to use stairs as much as we could so the layout worked for us. No messy areas at all.

As expected extremely touristy, but we knew that so there ya go. The Trolley ride was perfect for us and at the last minute went to the Mel Fisher museum which was great.

ATV excursion went very well and the garden of the groves was OK and went to a poor rated beach.

Disembarkation

As expected and I like the organized manor in calling each deck to proceed off the ship. The terminal was good too. After leaving our cabin at 8:30 am to await our time to disembark it was 10:30 in our car. So pretty good all in all.

Our first cruise ever will be on the Freedom in April. Good to hear you had a great time!

Had a great cruise overall. Great ship, great food, and great service. Had some bad luck in Nassau..my wife slipped on some stairs in town and broke her knee! Barely made it back to the ship before it sailed. Already booked next cruise!
