Serenity

Very relaxing except the 2 last cabanas next to the kids play park, those 2 cabanas need to be removed or relocated, I'm a kid person it didn't bother me the adults at the serenity spoke louder then the kids playing, however you do have individuals that love a kid free zone area

Service and Staff

This was our 3rd cruise the service from waiters, room stewards, and ship personnel was great. Dinner was great the service in the dining room by Made Alit and his team members Patira and Igusti was great they were very attentive and remembered every night my husband drink and made sure his glass cup was always full. Our Room steward went far and beyond to make my birthday special he wrote my name on the room mirror and always Made sure our room was clean and tidy, the ship personnel from the cruise director to the photographer Natasha were always happy and cheery no matter how the time of the day, and I still wonder where did all that energy came from the cruise director she was amazing and non stop. one minute she was singing on one of the decks the next she was dancing on another one I was exhausted just looking at her. I give kudos!!!!!! to all great way to spend my birthday and our anniversary look forward to the next cruise.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

There is not much to do at or around the port a few shops you would need to do an excursion or get a taxi to show you the town.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
The port and the surrounding area was great we did the excursion at Atlantis it was so worth it so much to do between the water rides to the beach and the aquarium the whole experience was breathing taking and the weather was amazing for the 3rd week in November.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
The disembarkation was very disorganized and slow, there should be a better system for disembarking
