Review summary

The Freedom cruise was great. It was our first cruise and Carnival exceeded our hopes and expectations. We loved it so much, we booked another cruise before we left. Everyone should take a cruise!

It was very quick and easy. From start to finish only took about 45 minutes from arrival to boarding the ship.

Being our first cruise, we had no previous cruises to compare too. But it was such a wonderful experience we booked our next cruise before we ever left the ship. The Freedom was SO clean and the staff Beyone nice! I would cruise Freedom again.

Redfrog Rum Pub

The Red Frog Pug was great. Not too crowded, but great entertainment and the drinks were always wonderful! The bartenders remembered us after just one visit, and it became a daily stop.

Onboard Activities

The pools were both nice, the hot tubs on the Serenity deck were only open a few times, but a great break from any 'children'. Overall, good experience.

Entertainment

The nightly shows were always fun and enjoyable. We listened to music in the Atrium lobby each night. Always fun and good music.

The staff was so nice and friendly. We didn't have any bad experiences the entire cruise. Our room steward amazed us at how many times a day they stopped to freshen up our room. More than hoped for.

Everything was clean and neat. Never saw any trash or debris.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had an interior room on the 9th deck. It was nice. We could hear music on the Liddo deck a couple nights, but we were directly under the pool area.
