As a whole the cruise was wonderful. The only disappointment was one of the tours. Really a waste of time. Sort of like traveling to NYC to get a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty. Food and service was wonderful. Staff was wonderful.

All of the food was great. I especially loved the dining room staff. Thank you Hector, Richard and Cenic for a wonderful experience. They were also wonderful with the children traveling with us.

All the staff is great. I did feel that they have cut down on housekeeping. It seemed in the past that every time you returned to your cabin things were cleaned, beds were made, etc. This time it was once per day.
Ship Quality

Things were nice. It is an odd combination of thematic architectural and decorative elements, though. I could see wear and tear, rust and the wind noise coming through the balcony door bothered us at times.
The trip to Chichen Itza was a great disappointment. You were at the site 45 minutes of the 8 hour trip. The Guide was great but spent so much time telling us about the lack of time we were going to have. The sales pitches with photos, books and a "cartouche" necklace. It felt like a early morning infomercial.
