Review summary

My favorite part of the cruise was comedian Cowboy William Martin. My least favorite was for my disabled wife not to be able to get in any pools or hot tubs on the ship nor get to the serenity deck hot tubs. Not a handicap friendly ship in my opinion.

Try Celebrity. They are truly making an effort to be an option for the handicapped. MSC too.

BS Every cruise we've ever been on has at least one pool or spa with the lift for handicapped...including Freedom. I would know. Did you think to ask which one?

That's not good. I hope you brought it to their attention so they can address it for others.
