Review summary

The cruise was to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. Our room was always clean, with fresh towels and fresh sheets daily. Being from Texas where the weather is always hot, we wished the air conditioner would have worked better, seemed to never cool the room. Food was great in the Posh Dining Room. Buffets were good but could have had more of breakfast variety. Loved every minute, will cruise again with Carnival.

Went to a private beach. The locals walk up and down the beach bombarding us to braid hair, get massages, very small children were selling bracelets, necklaces etc. These are all things to purchase at the port areas. Very sad.

Must do the cave tubing and the zip lines thru the jungles. We booked thru Island Marketing and our tour guide Sham was the best, very personal. Learned a lot of history about Belize.

Cozumel, Mexico

We did a private tour of the island in rented convertible vw bugs with Carlos (Omar). Went snorkeling, had a fresh made lunch on the beach, went to a Great Tequila Farm and a small Myan village. Saw the most beautiful beaches away from the busy areas of the city. By far the best stop of the cruise!
