the embarkation, disembarkation and security briefing process are awful.
Will recommend but maybe after some changes during those 3 processes!

you have so many it is hard to attend all of them, we enjoyed the trivias, the shows and bingo.

Malcolm, Florina and Kevin were amazing, most of the activities we attended were hosted by them. The show performers were very talented and nice, we saw them at the gym and they were very appreciative of our complements. I won a ship on a stick, I was so happy !!!

all the staff was amazing: Franie and Rom took care of our cabin and us wonderfully. Our bfast staff George and Yin were just outstanding and Emy, Argel and Imade made our dinner experience an amazing one!

it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the quality of the linens and pillows, so much that we brought the postcard with us as we will place an order soon.
Ship tip
try to attend the activities hosted by the director Malcolm (whaaat?), he is very entertaining and so very funny!
very poor port to stop by, plus all the taxis wanted to take you to Margaritaville restaurant. we wanted some more historical tour of the city and could not get it.
