Review summary

I am still waiting to be called. I was given a call and then told they would call me back. Still waiting. I tried to complain on board when we were leaving and they said we didn't put in enough complains. we told Jon Paul every day about the issue. Plumber went to room to try to fix once and it didn't fix problem. I have called carnival and talked to them twice. They are supposed to call me back. Returned my call and no solution, was told I would get a call back. Still waiting.
