Review summary

Great cruise! This was our first seven-day cruise. I did not care for the ship decor much, but the amenities were excellent. Casino was far too smoky...made the Promenade nearly unbearable at peak times. Dining room was good. Excellent service at table and in cabin. Did Chef's table and really enjoyed the variety of unusual foods. Lido was the best, with good service at all bars and a nice Serenity Deck area. Ship was very clean.

Very nice...located near Serenity area, spa and Lido. There is a hidden balcony at the front of the ship. Kind of made up for not having our own balcony.

Ship tip

Ship's decor is gaudy. Prefer the mauve tones of the Triumph.

I am finding we like the smaller ships better, strange tho it seems.

we were on the Freedom in January for our 1st cruise on something other than Dream class for our last 4. we actually like the pool area layout better and how easy it was to navigate around the ship. Glad you had a great cruise.
