Review summary

The service was horrible compared to what I encountered last year..

The utensils were not clean. Food is bland even in buffet line.. The fine dining experience was horrible, they did not provide food on time or if brought the food such as potatoes.. no condiments with it sour cream, cheese etc.. Had to ask for bread , drink etc.. Not at all the best of service.. Even with checking out to leave boat the sign to sail card was not registered that i already paid balance and delayed my exiting for over 30 mins. Was waiting in line then told "they sorry that the kiyos was not updated to system....

I do not plan to use carnival again it is not worth the service, low price is not worth it... I will use another cruise Royal , disney .HORRIBLE SERVICE

RIna in Fine dining POSH GREAT... others seem not eager to help her or even smile.

Sweetness, Carnival may be cheaper but its for a reason....dont give up hope, just try another line next time! 😀

This is someone who had such high hopes in her head and wasn't happy with just being away.Your on vacation not at work not dealing with everyday bs.No it's not as pricey as the rest of lines there's a reason for that so you can have a good time.If you want top of the line go get a Disney cruise yes it's worth every dime you pay for For Gods sake its Disney.That was my first cruise.Cant do that

I may not agree with every review, but it is bullying and downright mean to use profanity or call someone degrading names because you don't like their cruise review. Anyone should be able to post their opinion without fear of being bullied. Please practice more kindness.

I've sailed with Carnival before and it was an amazing experience, I'm not exaggerating when I say they bend backwards for you! All the staff! I'm easy to piss off and not once did I get the urge to yell at anyone lol it was a very good experience. Going again in October and I can't wait! I really think your either exaggerating or your just impossible to please

I agree we went on the Freedom last November and are going back in September, we had an amazing time and everybody went above and beyond!

Totally agree! Call Customer Service and turn in an accommodation on Cabin Stewart or waiter. They get recognized for the Kudos. Oh BTW you now have "cruise fever"!

We just got off the ship on June 10. And I must say it was amazing! First time ever and Best experience of my life we were treated like royalty! Can't wait to go on my next cruise! Theirs a reason so few Americans work on the ship (7) must are comedians. Because we Americans don't know how to be seen and not herd.. Those workers are amazing and work hard!

Some people always have a bad experience and some always have a good one. 10 cruises on carnival different ships different ports ALL GOOD!!

Never had bad service with carnival, sailed with them on 17 cruises. Since all of these people are saying that they had excellent service, maybe it wasn't the crew, maybe it was you.
