Review summary

First thank you to Kathy Green for a Awesome job of getting us booked, and assisting with the credits once on board the ship.

Carnival did a wonderful job of making sure all guest were welcomed, had fun, and plenty to do!...

Greeted every day by out first name by staff as if we were family!!

Greeted with Champagne upon arrival, and then that night to steak house, where Kristina the Manager, made sure we were taken care of every night!!!

Room was cleaned and prepared immaculately!

Awesome Cruise!!!

Main dining room has become disappointment .. Menu is less than desirable and staff can not keep up with the new staffing arrangements, too many tables and you feel like you are sitting on top of each other. BUT the steak house was awesome!

Ocean Suites have shrunk to JR suite size, yet the price has went up double, and the balcony is the size of a regular balcony room... But was clean and bed comfortable this time!

All 3 times we've cruised with Carnival we've been greeted with Champs in the atrium lobby. Maybe you just missed it?

Love carnival cruise lines but were never greeted with champagne either. We have cruised many times too.

That doesn't sound like Carnival cruise. We were never greeted with champagne even after 20 cruises with them and sometime had suites (we stopped cruising with them). But we were always greeted with Champagne on Celebrity. Are you getting special perks for advertising about them?
