Review summary

Worst Carnival experience ever. Wish I would have saved my money and stayed home. I tried to relax in the hot tubes but found myself being jumped on by unsupervised children as the ships security chatted with the towel girl. I even tried the serenity hot tub that is suppose to be adults only and found that this was not being enforced by security and children were in this hot tub as well jumping. I have done many carnival cruises 2 on this ship this might have been my last carnival cruise.

I had similar experiences. Along with many other not so pleasant things. Over all I did not enjoy this ship or its stafg. And I wrote a honest review in a tasteful manner just as you and it was deleted immediately

We went Dec 12-19, there were very few kids on the cruise. I enjoyed the hot tub. Unless you have kids, choose not to cruise during school breaks.

I'm not a fan of hot tubs to me its like taking a bath with a bunch of strangers YUCK!!!!

No hot tubs for us either. Not because of the kids, I've seen men sitting in there drinking for hours without getting out. Ewwww! I warned my teenagers about getting in and my oldest did it several times anyway. Don't know for sure if it was from that but he got SOOOO sick on that cruise. He's never gotten back in one, lol!

I definitely stay away from hot tubs. The thought of germs alone keep me away!!

regarding kids in hot tubs... do you ever think about the amount of piss in there? I won't go in hot tubs on a ship, bacteria stew, not sure there are enough chemicals in the world for that, too small an area, kids shouldn't be allowed

Is this is the first time you have gone during Christmas break? We have gone a week before and a week after break in the past. It seems that these types of comments increase in frequency during the kids breaks from school. I saw of lot of the same Thanksgiving week.
