The Carnival Freedom 12 day trip to Greece, Italy and Turkey was wonderful. The things we saw in the ports were amazing. The Carnival staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. The beds were heavenly. The shows we saw were very good. Some of the shows were only at 10:30pm and that is TOO late.

Pros: The ports

Cons: The cost of the side trips

Recommends Carnival Freedom? Yes!

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

Don't Miss: all the things IN Rome
Naples, Italy
take the best tour you can afford--they are expensive
Marmaris, Turkey
We just took a tour around. We enjoyed the guide a lot and learned a great deal about Turkey.
Piraeus (Athens), Greece
We saw the best of Athens and Plakar.
Don't Miss: The historical sites of Athens
Izmir, Turkey
If this is a little bity town, it is a bad stop. The stops get mixed up. One Turkey stop is something they should skip.
