As of today, officially yes for Grand Turk. you should check closer to your cruise on the Carnival site though. at the top will be their Have Fun Be Safe Protocols and further down will be Unvaccinated Testing and Destination Restrictions. unofficially I don't think they are stopping anyone at the port. I definitely would not book an excursion at this time.

Just cruised on the Carnival Freedom 1/7. We were asked if we were vaccinated but our cards were never requested.
