“Hey, which side does the fork go on?” is a question you’ll never have to ask at a dining room dinner aboard a Carnival cruise… we set the table for you. We also bring to the table a full three courses in an experience that’s filling, but never stuffy — after all, you’re just as likely to catch waiters table-dancing as you are to order dessert. Dessert’s included (along with the rest of your meal, by the way) in your fare. But don’t skip straight to dessert, because the main course is the main attraction — drop in daily and enjoy a rotating menu of delectable favorites like steak, roasted duck, scallops and prime rib. Tip: When you book, choose Early Dining or Late Dining for reserved seating nightly, or go with Your Time Dining to chow whenever the clock strikes “hungry.”

Three words, Denton, Derrick and James. They made the experience a blast. Csaba (Chubby) the maitre D was also wonderful, funny and kind. I loved the entertainment this month as well.

Lilex was amazing. She deserves to be a head of the stuff. She's so sweet and very kind and always happy to see us. Anak and Suityono made our dinners so much fun. Anak with his dancing moves and Nono with his jokes. All 3 of them made every dinner an amazing experience, thank you so much guys!

Romeo and Anthony were wonderful waiters! They made my experience. Always went out of the way to make our trip great. Always remembered who we were and always went out of the way to say hi when we saw them around the ship.

Uberney and his team at the Posh Restaurant treated us like Royalty. He would even cut our daughters steaks, recommended plates and wines, fantastic energy and great service.

Alex, Chulie and Michael were incredible and attended to absolutely every need we had at the 8:15 dining. They were entertaining, attentive and so pleasant. We left feeling like we had made new lifelong friends!
