The spa was good. Serenity (adult only area) was nice when it wasn't too busy. We enjoyed the in room movies.

We watched 1 main stage show that was good. I loved watching the ice sculpting.

Our room attendant I Made was wonderful and always so kind when we saw him. And our wait staff in the Medici, I Gede, I Made, and I Komang, for dinner was amazing. They always remembered our names and had great service so much that they went above and beyond knowing what we needed before we knew we needed it like a cup of ice for the drink we brought in.
