Room stewards were great. There were not enough wait staff.

Ship Quality

This was a large ship but it felt small. It has “smart elevators” which some found annoying but I appreciated that you could actually get to a non-high traffic floor easily, i.e. you didn’t have to wait for a long time

Cabin / Stateroom

This was an ocean view cabin. There were two separate bathrooms. One had a sink , glass door shower and toilet. The second bathroom had a tub (knee high) with a shower curtain and a small sink. There was a couch, coffee table, desk/vanity with stool and we selected the king size bed option.

Ship tip

As a new ship, they are still working on how many servers are needed at the entertainment venues so get a drink at the bar before going to the shows.

Disembarkation

The pilot boat arrived at least an hour late. Passengers crammed onto the 3rd floor so that those who were actually called to disembark were not able to get off the boat until they line jumpers were allowed to disembark which encouraged everyone to just crowd onto the the 3rd floor.

Going in August. I hope they work some of these kinks out. Will be my very first cruise as a casino “Elite”. So, hopefully that status will allow me to avoid some of the debarkation drama. Fingers crossed.
