Service and Staff

Top notch- especially our Room stewart

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I always saw people cleaning everything- including such things as table legs

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
4 of us in there but we made it work. Two organizers for each side of the bathroom door and unpacked right away and put the suitcases inside each other and under the bed. Room stewart kept our room up regularly and went above and beyond spoiling us with treats and towel animals😀

Ship tip

Bring a non surge charger, bring lots of small bills for tipping, try eating in all the areas at least once.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

4 out of 5
Flew in to San Juan and had a bus ride right to the ship. We only got to visit the Walgreens before boarding. Previous cruise we Visited the fort and loved that excursion that was offered by carnival at the very end of our cruise

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
We loved this port. Went on 2 carnival excursions- gondola lift and the pirate museum and then we parasailed. The museum was incredible

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
Enjoyed our excursion on Golden Eagle catamaran and snorkelling offered by carnival. Music, drinks and staff were fantastic

Basseterre, St. Kitts

4 out of 5
We went on the Romney manor and Brimstone fortress tour and found it interesting.

Castries, St. Lucia

4 out of 5
We took the trolley train around Castries and that was OK. The the train took us to Vigie beach where we spent an hour enjoying the water and sun. Would have happily stayed another hour at the beach

Bridgetown, Barbados

5 out of 5
This was our very favourite stop. We went to the Boatyard and had a marvellous day at the beach. Got to snorkel and see the stingrays, ship wreck, and giant turtles. Water was the prettiest of colours and the beach was awesome.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Fast and sad to be leaving

Did you find the wine left for you in where life jackets are?

We both loved the ports but my wife didn't like the ship layout all that much. I thought it was fine and would do it again.
