Review summary

Our entire group complained out Leroy not servicing our table. In fact he serviced other tables that order from the bar before he serviced ours. We complained and I was surprised that at check out they did not give use the credit on our bills that we were promised. I brought this up to customer service only to find out that no notes were made on our accounts. How RUDE! Not to mention I asked for at least 1/2 a credit for our 2 year old and I got nothing. Either although it was our first cruise I doubt if we will travel again with Carnival.

None of the food was ever HOT... unless i got a hamburger. We had the WORSE service at the evening dinning, I guess because we didn't order from the bar. Our waiter most of the time was LEROY and he was Horrible. We asked to me serviced by Patricia and she was Fantastic, I wish we could have had her the entire time.

LERoY was the worst. We were always served cold food, melted ice cream, cold soups and we never had butter. We complained and we thought something would be done and nothing was done.

Why is there NO ATM off the ship? We had to go back to the ship to get cash to pay for our Taxi. IT would have been nice to know this prior to getting off the ship.

Cruising isn’t for everyone, I’m sorry you were disappointed. I’m surprised you would wait to try and get cash from an ATM in a foreign country. It doesn’t sound like you did much planning or research prior to your cruise.
