Main dining room was nice. Our head waiter was Nancy and she was the BEST! She always had everything ready and our additional items on our table when we arrived. Food was good, my husband doesn’t like seafood and he didn’t have a great selection to choose from. He did order the ny strip and paid the extra $20 and was disappointed when it came out smothered with mushrooms. (It did not say that they were supposed to be on it!) We also went to breakfast at the sensation dining room one time and we were disappointed when our breakfast came out in groups — so they cook and hold your order till there are 9 or 10 to ho out. Because of this our food was cold. We didn’t want to ask for a new order as it took FOREVER for the cold one to come out. We loved the deli and were glad pizza was open 24/7!

Older ship but they try to keep it nice looking. By the elevators there were a few broken pieces coming off the columns. We are smokers and we were very disappointed with the smoking areas or lack there of. Inside bar by casino on deck 9 “SMALL smoking area at bar”. This section was ALWAYS FULL. I had to stand the majority of the time because there was no seats in the tiny smoking section. ANd always seats available in the non smoking side which was much larger. 😡 My husband smokes cigars and he could only go out on deck 11 in a small smoking section. This ship had squat for smoking areas this is part of my rating of a 3. Also the ashtrays were ALWAY FULL! I’m a smoker and it was disgusting ! Cans and plates all over the place. We only saw 1 guy the entire cruise who was responsible for cleaning that smoking area on deck 11. Also servers HARDLY EVER came up to that section!!! We always had to go down to 10 bar and then wait on line to get are drinks. You need more smoking areas! I won’t go on that ship again if there isn’t more area for smokers.

Very nice suite. Our rooms carpet looked fairly new. Sheets were great! The airflow in this room is continuous I mean you can’t lower it but you needed it towards the end of the cruise because there was a sewage smell.

If you are a smoker be prepared to fight for a seat.
We had to wait around a lot but was ok. We did the transfer fees to the airport and this was a little confusing as there were no signs were to go until you actually got totally outside. Then there was a HUGE LINE very confusing and people were cutting the line. It was a mess. Not sure if I would do that again.
