Our room Steward - Ricgo was fantastic and met our needs with fast and courteous service .... he went above and beyond. Rita in customer service was fantastic with me in answering all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. The guys at the Red Frog Bar were very friendly.

The layout and design of the ship was well appointed..... maybe a few more smoking areas needed for us smokers

The size of our cabin and the cleanliness was overall very satisfactory.... would not want it to be any smaller than what it was though .... I would be claustrophobic

Went on a Land Sea excursion at this port and as Donna our guide was fantastic and knew her business .... I was very disappointed with the return by sea trip .... the Catamaran that we were on said either by sail or motor .... there was no way they could sail the wrapped up sails had tears in them ..... the boat was overloaded and people had no where to sit .... the food was not warm .... they had no warming trays on board ... they served it out of foil pans .... the staff on board did not go around and pick up the part empty plates and cups so there was garbage blowing around in board ..... when we did stop for a swim they lowered the front stairs and the stairs did not look like they had been cleaned properly as they were very slippery as you walked down the steps into the water and I almost fell and I witnessed 4 others that did fall and hurt themselves on the ladder and the staff was not there to assist persons getting on and off the Boat. I have been on a number Of catamarans in the Caribbean and this boat was discusting.
