Overall, great experience. I look forward to a future cruise. I loved the environment, bring out on the water and the food. The tropical drinks were really great too.

Our dinner service was the absolute best. The waiters were wonderful. The eating areas were always clean, service prompt. The buffet food could've been a little better but overall great food.

There was always something to do. I enjoyed the comedy shows and the Motown performance(absolutely phenomenal). I also loved the live music performers.

As I stated before, the stage shows and performers were great. However, the theme for most of the entertainment was too focused on Latin culture. I love Latin music and dance, but it's not something that I want to do everyday all day. They need more variety to appeal to the variety of cultures that were on the ship

Everyone was excellent except for the room stewards. We literally had to beg for towels and washcloths. They would take our set of 4 and replace it with 2, when there were clearly 4 people in the room. They also did bare minimum cleaning.

I have vacationed to Puerto Rico several times. My group decided to do an excursion tour mostly to have somewhere to keep our luggage prior to our late day flight. Our tour guide claimed that his truck broke down and had to switch us to 3 taxis. Due to space, some of our luggage had to go in a different van. Long story short, our luggage was held hostage for money, causing us to nearly miss our flight and have to involve the police. The guy is a middle aged Puerto Rican native with several missing teeth with pics of historical spots and the beach(he doesn't even take you to a real beach). His tag number begins with 0351 and his cell number is +1 (787) 306-5894. He has a son in his 20s whom look just like him. Avoid them at all cost
Beach was excellent but some of the locals will try to sale you a dream and the surround area is not very safe. We were sold a beach chair and umbrella and told that the fee is refundable if you buy from the bar. It was a lie.
