The food was good, the service in the dining room was exceptional. The lido deck food and service was okay. However, the individuals involved with charging drinks, towels etc. to your account are careless. I picked up a copy of my itemized statement two days before the cruise ended. Everything seemed to be in order. The last night around 11:30pm (I was in bed) I received a call asking if my bill was in order. I told them that I had not received the final statement. The disembarkment day I found the statement under the door. I was charged $286.for towels,robes and books. Needless to say I had to stand in line at 6:15am to get it removed. I didn't catch the $11.15 for gangway beverages. I don't drink! On the seven day cruise I had exactly 1 Diet Coke at the pool bar. Somebody is doing creative billing. Debarktion was a desaster! We had #3, party of 11, 3 children and 1 legally blind adult. When our # was called we couldn't get to the exit. Stairs blocked, elevators that won't go to the debarkcation floor! You need to review your procedures

Didn't do an excursion. Shopping area not very clean and not tourist friendly. Example, if you purchase something with cash you won't get American currency in change
