Well stated Dutch3901. Fantasy class is the oldest and smallest of Carnivals fleet. Pay a few more $ and upgrade may help your cruise experience. Or not!

Things may have changed since 5 months ago when we went, but I doubt it. I can't say about the spa area but we really enjoyed the MDR food. The menu had the (1) local port cuisine, the (2) menu items that are available every evening, and then (3) different items each evening. We thoroughly enjoyed it, but we only look for the positive. I don't know if you are a first time cruiser (or you just haven't filled in your cruise history), but you only listed the negative aspects of your 7 days and have nothing positive to say. That's fine, but seeing only what disappoints you can certainly shape the rest of your cruise...
