Review summary

The staff 'omg' was superb!!!. I met a waitress on lido deck buffet by the name of Oksana, no words to describe how pleasant she was to me and my family. Each evening me and family ate there and enjoyed our chat with Oksana. She is very polite and friendly - I will miss her smile and her welcome. It was very hard saying goodbye.

everyone was very friendly - but the hostess by the name of Maria at the imagination was not so pleasant, she was very rude to us because we showed up late- Since that time we chose not to eat at the restaurant.
