could have been a great cruise with better customer sevice staff. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff. Carla and Houton in the dinning room were the best

waiters, stewards, and most staff were great. Customer Service staff (Ana) were very rude and lied to us, seems like most people feel the same way. They would tell you to call 7777 and when you did they said that they would send someone, when you would call back they would deny you called earlier

Cabin / Stateroom

terrible cabin. trouble with toilet, when going into port it shook so bad that it would spill our coffee and the roar was unbarable. Finally got assigned to another stateroom at midnight Wednesday
