Great family cruise with daughter & her family. They booked all sorts of adventure tours, water sports, boating, zip lining, but we are the grandparents and are seniors so we didn't join them. We all did our own thing during day & met up for dinner in Main Dining Room. Had some portraits made by Carnival & purchased several that turned out well.

Entertainment
4 out of 5
Singers & dancers were good but there were only a few "big production shows" in the Palace. Some nights it was just Bingo.
Children's Programs
Our family did not have younger children

The personnel were very nice and courteous.
Ship Quality

Fascination is a smaller, older ship so it's very easy to learn your way around. Some of the public restrooms have been renovated.

Very disappointed. We knew it would be small but it was not clean. Looked like it had not been dusted in weeks. Dust was on floor under straight chair so room was not vacuumed well either. Toilet paper holders were dirty but I was able to clean them. Threshold into bathroom was dirty & grimy. Sink basin was very small & was chipped. Plenty of water pressure & hot water but when taking shower, it was hard to keep water from getting on floor. Not enough room for toiletries in bathroom.
We toured St. Lucia 3 yrs ago so we just walked around this time. Taxi drivers harassed us in terminal. We walked to city market but it was hot inside the tents. Vendors very pushy. But one vendor was nice & advised us to stay with group because there was high crime in city.
We took 4 hour bus tour that was great. Driver Nigel was very knowledgeable & could be easily heard & understood. St Kitts seemed to be more modern with a progressive government. Lots of government buildings. Beautiful scenery too.
We toured St Maarten 3 yrs ago on another cruise so we just shopped at very pretty terminal area. Shops were nice and more were under construction. Got tees for $5!
We were scheduled to get off ship at 10:15 am for a 12:55 flight & we thought that was not enough time. So we carried our luggage off the ship ourselves. Got through Customs fast.
