Have done this cruise 3 times previously, always on a different Carnival ship. Like the ports; only 1 day at sea. The FUN Squad on this ship was special. Had a great time with my 9-year-old daughter.

The FUN Squad was way above average. They were all very upbeat and personable. The Cruise Director, Marcello was very good also.

Older ship, but I liked it. Never been on this class before.
Cabin / Stateroom

My only issue with the cabin was the temperature control. The thermostat is on the ceiling, next to the vent. Even on full cold, the room was still a bit too warm for my tastes.
Ship tip
If you want a quiet cruise, don't sail in the summer. Lots of kids running around.
Did the zip lining excursion near the Pitons through a non-Carnival excursion provider. A lot of fun, snorkeled afterwards. Returned to the ship with 10 minutes to spare. A little tight time-wise for me, but we made it back.
Did a small boat island/snorkeling excursion, not affiliated with Carnival. Great time, but it's very bumpy on the Atlantic Ocean portion of the trip. Be aware.
How was the ship? I cruise a lot n wanted to do San Juan, Barbados, Saint kits, Saint Lucius, St. Thomas and Saint Maarten again this will be my third time doing this itinerary.
