Review summary

My absolute favorite part of the cruise is its staff! What an awesome staff Carnival has! Very friendly, polite and fun! The waiters are outstanding, I admire them so much, doing so many things at once! The food at the restaurant is so good! (Bread was almost always cold though) we got assisted by so many great waiters! We absolutely recommend: Jose Luis, Ketut, Rismayana & Viacheslav! Outstanding guys! Food at the buffet was not so good, I always ended up at the deli (which was great and pretty fast, thumbs up to my deli friend! He did outstanding job). Richard was our room assistant, he was so awesome! Always super attentive and so friendly. Although the cruise is quite small myself and my family had a blast! The cruise temperature was extremely cold too, even the cabins when putting the hottest temperature it remained cold, I went to a Alaska and I could put the temperature really high! Wish I could have done the same since it was freezing!

Ship experiences

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
There were times I would have like to have other types of activities ex. Treasure hunt, a movie in the theater, etc. The family activities sometimes was a little bit late

Entertainment

5 out of 5

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Children programs were great (they even hand off a phone to call you in case of an emergency) nevertheless my nephew was left crying without calling mom and dad and they were pretty upset about it, I do know all couples are different but it would be good for the staff to ask what do the parents want in case the baby starts crying histerically.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Although everything was kept clean, some things need replacement or at least paint (bunks corners) (in my daughters room)

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I was surprised by the size of the cabin, it was very spacious. I would recommend to add a receptacle. on my daughters room it was a 4 people cabin and it only had 1 receptacle with 2 spaces since the one on the bathroom didnt work since it is literally on the ceiling and it would fall off.

Ship tip

Bring a multiplug! Saves lives due to the lack of receptacles! If its a family vacation, bring walkie talkies! Bring jackets and scarfs for formal nights and if you get sick a lot bring your terapy machine! My nephews machine saved my vacation since I got sick due to the cold

I agree.  Getting to know the staff and maybe a little about where they are from is part of the cruise value.
