we have taken 7 cruise, and the last 5 with Carnival Cruise Lines. We had a great first 2 cruises with Carnival but the last 3 cruises have steadily gone down hill with the quality of in room services, and food quality. This last time was terrible. the food and food service was sub par and there was no personal effort on the behalf of the staff. Dirty glasses were left empty for several days and we did not get any pool towels for the first two days. the bathroom was dirty when we first arrived and we had to clean it ourselves to start our vacation.

 

I feel these issues are not just ship related because we have used multiple ships with Carnival and still only see a decrease in quality. we will never sail on the fascination again and will probably never use Carnival again at this rate.

Do not use this older ship and probably do not use Carnival Cruise Lines at all.
