Review summary

Not what we expected from the Fantasy. Our 3rd on this ship previous 2 (Charleston port) were incredibly but this time not so much. Unfortunately it has left wondering if we will cruise with carnival again (2 booked already but may cancel). Very disappointed in dining room staff breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food was far from good.

Service was awful main dining was terrible. Food mediocre but waiters were rude and seemed ticked if u asked for anything.

Rude staff seemed to be more of a nuisance than a guest. If you asked for a extra side or anything you would not get it. Head waiter would never come and ask how everything was or if we needed anything. Ate in this dining room 3 times a day everytime was not good, but a little better than the buffet.

Roim stewards were great should not have them listed with wait staff. Cruise director was awesome if not for him and the stewards this would have been a wasted vacation
