Overall the cruise was a nice get a way for a short time. However, very disappointed with the disembarkation aspect as noted above.

Our dining experience as fabulous. Wait staff, particularly Yaco and Houssem, were extremely friendly, attentive to our needs and they were eager to please.
Onboard Activities

We relaxed in the evenings while enjoying the comedy shows. Enjoyed pool time during the day. We enjoyed Polly and his Motown Countdowns and other activities in which he directed. All of the waiters were very nice and eager to assist us with drinks and etc. Rico Sauve is a great asset to your establishment. He wishes to make everyone have a good time. We sat in on the Love/Marrige game, as well as, bingo. Karoke was a blast.

Both of our waiters, Yaco and Houssem were very generous and attentive. Our room stewards, Mary and Ketut were very nice and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed Polly and Rico Suave who kept us entertained. I cannot remember the name of the Kareoka DJ but he provided great entertainment and music to the guest.

The room was cleaned, beds were comfortable and the size of the room was adequate. However, there were holes in the curtains which did not represent very well. However, Ketut and Mary done a great job keeping our room clean and provided items upon request, such as hair dryer, ice bucket filled with ice daily.
We paid for faster to the fun but was not called early to depart from ship. Very disappointed in that. We were told to go to dining hall and we would be called. They did not call Faster to the Fun but our deck was called after 8:30. The departure process took more than two hours to disembark from the ship and lines were long.
